Cindy Jacquin
Cindy Jacquin As President of Gannon Management, Cynthia Jacquin brings over 28 years of real estate management experience. She has had the opportunity to work with industry leaders Lincoln Property Company, Krupp Reality, Robert A. McNeil Corporation, and Balcor American Express where she gained experience on both the management and development of various multifamily communities. She previously worked with Gannon Management from 1993 through 2000 as Marketing Director and later promoted to Vice President of Operations. Prior to returning to Gannon Management, Cynthia held the position of General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for DNI Properties, Inc., an association property management company that serviced 140 homeowner associations, condominiums, and planned urban development communities in Missouri and Illinois. Her leadership, team building, strategic problem solving and communication skills ensure success for her responsibility of overall operations at Gannon Management. She has been a member of the St. Louis Apartment Association and has previously served on the Board as Vice President. Cynthia had earned her ARM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is working towards her CAPS through the National Apartment Association. It is her mission to make sure that the goals and expectations of Gannon Management’s clients and employees are not only met but exceeded.

David W. Weygandt
David W. Weygandt serves as Senior Vice President of Gannon Development. In such capacity, Mr. Weygandt administers the expansion of the Gannon Realty Group’s portfolio of properties. A member of the Gannon organization since 1984, Mr. Weygandt has a wide range of experience in all phases of realty operations, including financial analysis, construction and management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Accounting, from Southern Illinois University.

Colleen Peck
Colleen Peck is Vice President of Financial Services for Gannon. In this capacity, she is responsible for ensuring that financial policies and procedures are properly administrated, for producing statements accurately and on time – using a variety of charts-of-accounts, depending on the needs of the organization receiving the statements. She oversees a staff of accountants and accounts payable clerks who process the department’s work. Ms. Peck holds degrees in both accounting and business management from Southeast Missouri State University.

SarahCook
Sarah Cook is a Regional Manager within the Missouri portfolio as well as the Compliance Director for Gannon’s Tax Credit sites. Her extensive knowledge of the LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) program has been a tremendous asset to Gannon. Ms. Cook is responsible for the performance of the on site staff and the day to day operations of the properties in her portfolio. Ms. Cook began her property management career in 1996 and joined Gannon Management Company as a leasing agent in 1997. She was rapidly promoted within the organization and has served in many positions including: Maintenance Coordinator, Bookkeeper and Property Manager at several Gannon communities. Ms. Cook has received her ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and her HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. .

Diane Dishon Gacki
Diane Dishon Gacki, Administrator, has been with Gannon since its inception in 1983, and serves as the administrator of the corporate records and filings of the various companies that comprise Gannon and its ownership entities. She compiles and processes historical data for all properties and all corporate entities under the Gannon umbrella, is the Risk Manager for all property and liability insurance issues, processes all due diligence for both acquisitions and sales and acts as company historian. Ms. Dishon Gacki had thirteen years experience as a paralegal prior to joining Gannon. She attended Newman University in Wichita, Kansas.
Chris Marlo
Chris Marlo serves as Director of Maintenance for the Missouri portfolio. C hris graduated from Rankin Technical College in 1989 with an Associates Degree in HVAC.  He also holds a Certified Pool Operator certificate from the National Swimming Pool Foundation.  He has worked in the multi- family property management field since 1990. He began his career with Gannon in 1998 as an on-site Maintenance Supervisor of a 1047 unit property and was promoted in 2002 to Director of Maintenance. He is responsible for the oversight of all maintenance employees and the day-to-day maintenance operations of Gannon’s owned and/or managed properties in Missouri.

Jennifer Pollmann
Jennifer Pollmann is a Regional Manager for the Missouri portfolio. Ms. Pollmann is responsible for the performance of the on site staff and the day to day operations of the properties in her portfolio. She is also responsible for all of the advertising in the Missouri portfolio. Ms. Pollmann entered the multi-family housing industry as a leasing consultant for Gannon Management Company in 1996. She was quickly promoted to Leasing and Marketing Director and one year later advanced to Assistant Manager for Gannon’s 1083 unit West Pointe Apartments in Maryland Heights. Her dedication and commitment to excellence has resulted in her growth and promotion with Gannon. Ms. Pollmann’s experience includes management of several Gannon communities ranging from 186 to 1,047 units. She has assisted with property acquisitions and the successful lease-up of a multi-million dollar renovation project. Ms. Pollmann is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Missouri, and is an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager).

Lewis Waterman
Lewis Waterman is IT Director for Gannon. He is responsible for over two-dozen networks, 200 computers and 14 servers. Lewis has over 15 years experience working on networks and is certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in Windows NT, 2000,2003, 2008, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Certified Associate Project Management, ITIL, Security+, A+ computer technician and holds various vendor specific certifications.


Jennifer Robinson serves as a Regional Property Manager within the Missouri portfolio. She is responsible for the performance and daily operations of the properties and the onsite staff in her portfolio. Ms. Robinson started her career in property management in 2001 and has been employed with Gannon since 2005. She started with Gannon as an Assistant Manager, where she advanced to Property Manager within a three month period. Her vast knowledge of Gannon systems, policies and procedures was recognized by management and her peers. Ms. Robinson became an intricate resource in the training and mentoring of her colleagues. Her commitment to the company and the success of her community and team attributed to her promotion to Regional Property Manager in 2010. She has been awarded the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Ms. Robinson has also received numerous awards for achievement during her career including the 2008 “On-Site Property Manager of the Year” and 2008 “Property of the Year” award from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
