
Carole Ballard is President of Gannon Management of Missouri. Ms. Ballard has over 30 years experience in retail, commercial and multi-family real estate. She began her career as Director of Real Estate for a large retail chain handling national site selection and lease negotiation. She followed that as Director of Retail Leasing for Laclede’s Landing Redevelopment Corporation and Riverside Development. She was a multi site supervisor and regional manager for multi-family properties and her residential experience includes condominium association management, market rate apartments and senior housing. Ms. Ballard attended the University of Missouri and Washington University and has been awarded the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor) designations from the National Apartment Association as well as the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) Certification. She has been an instructor for the CAM and CAPS classes and has also taught the National Apartment Leasing Professional course. She has been on the Board of the St. Louis Apartment Association for seven years serving as Treasurer and, most recently as President. |

David W. Weygandt serves as Senior Vice President of Gannon Development. In such capacity, Mr. Weygandt administers the expansion of the Gannon Realty Group’s portfolio of properties. A member of the Gannon organization since 1984, Mr. Weygandt has a wide range of experience in all phases of realty operations, including financial analysis, construction and management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Accounting, from Southern Illinois University. |

Douglas D. Everett is Vice President of Development for Gannon Development Company. He brings twenty years of field engineering, general construction engineering, renovation engineering and project management experience to Gannon. He oversees the design, land procurement and construction of Gannon’s new developments. Mr. Everett is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Youngstown University and a Graduate Fellow at the Carnegie-Mellon University. His educational background includes studies on soils, structural design, solid mechanics, structural system design and real estate economics and management. |

Robin Kessinger is Vice President of Facilities & Construction Management for Gannon Management. Mr. Kessinger has an extensive background in construction and building maintenance. He has been in the multifamily property management field for over two decades, beginning in 1985. In this time he has become proficient in all phases of daily operations including fire alarm and fire protection systems, electrical and plumbing systems and supervision of multi property maintenance staffs, including the design and implementation of the annual budgets and management of all capital projects from design to completion. Currently, Mr. Kessinger is responsible for the oversight of all maintenance and construction activity within our real estate portfolio. His position also includes oversight of maintenance programs and operational programs dealing with the physical aspects of our properties, including grounds and hardscape elements. He served as the Director of Maintenance for Gannon Management of Missouri from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, Mr. Kessinger moved more exclusively into the development arena to focus more particularly on construction and rehab projects including scope and design, pricing, purchasing, supervision of in-house and subcontractor crews, and final punch-out of completed projects. |

Colleen Peck is Vice President of Financial Services for Gannon. In this capacity, she is responsible for ensuring that financial policies and procedures are properly administrated, for producing statements accurately and on time – using a variety of charts-of-accounts, depending on the needs of the organization receiving the statements. She oversees a staff of accountants and accounts payable clerks who process the department’s work. Ms. Peck holds degrees in both accounting and business management from Southeast Missouri State University. |

Jerry Pence, Vice President of Design Management and Horticulture, is responsible for establishing and maintaining a program to enhance the curb appeal of each Gannon managed property some of which have recently received awards for their landscaping. In this capacity, he is also responsible for the design and installation of landscaping for sites under development or redevelopment. Mr. Pence has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture from Kansas State University. He is a past Board of Director of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD). In 1995, the Missouri Botanical Gardens named Mr. Pence Landscape Designer of the Year. The St. Louis Apartment Association selected him as 2003 Employee of the Year for the St. Louis area. He is an instructor in the horticulture department at St. Louis Community College at Meramec, teaching four levels of landscape design. |

Bruce O. Studer serves as Vice President of Construction for Gannon Development Company and is responsible for Gannon Development construction activities. He also oversees construction at developments managed by Gannon Management in Missouri. Mr. Studer is a graduate of the University of Missouri. He began his construction career with Bank Building Corporation and was responsible for overseeing the construction of financial institutions and health care facilities in multiple states. He has subsequently held positions as principal construction manager with Phoenix Contractors and the Paric Corporation. Mr. Studer has been with Gannon since 1992. |

Donna E Conlon is a Regional Manager and is responsible for the performance of the on site staff and day to day operation of five fee managed properties. Ms. Conlon has over 25 years of multi-family housing experience; is a communications graduate of the University of Missouri at St. Louis; has been awarded the ARM (accredited Resident Manager), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager and COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) designations and has completed the HCCP (Housing Credited Compliance Professional) program and is awaiting her designation in early 2008. Ms. Conlon has been on the Board of Directors for a Florida based time share resort since 2001 and is currently the President and has also served on her condominium Board. |

Diane Dishon Gacki, Administrator, has been with Gannon since its inception in 1983, and serves as the administrator of the corporate records and filings of the various companies that comprise Gannon and its ownership entities. She compiles and processes historical data for all properties and all corporate entities under the Gannon umbrella, is the Risk Manager for all property and liability insurance issues, processes all due diligence for both acquisitions and sales and acts as company historian. Ms. Dishon Gacki had thirteen years experience as a paralegal prior to joining Gannon. She attended Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. |

Chris Marlo serves as Director of Maintenance for the Missouri portfolio. Chris graduated from Rankin Technical College in 1989 with an Associates Degree in HVAC. He has worked in the multi-family property management field since 1990. He began with Gannon in 1998 as an on-site Maintenance Supervisor of a 1083 unit property and was promoted in 2002 to Director of Maintenance. He is responsible for oversight of all maintenance employees and the day-to-day maintenance operations of Gannon’s owned and/or managed properties in Missouri. |

Jennifer Pollmann is a Regional Manager for the Missouri portfolio. Ms. Pollmann is responsible for the performance of the on site staff and the day to day operations of the properties in her portfolio. She is also responsible for all of the advertising in the Missouri portfolio. Ms. Pollmann entered the multi-family housing industry as a leasing consultant for Gannon Management Company in 1996. She was quickly promoted to Leasing and Marketing Director and one year later advanced to Assistant Manager for Gannon’s 1083 unit West Pointe Apartments in Maryland Heights. Her dedication and commitment to excellence has resulted in her growth and promotion with Gannon. Ms. Pollmann’s experience includes management of several Gannon communities ranging from 186 to 1,083 units. She has assisted with property acquisitions and the successful lease-up of a multi-million dollar renovation project. Ms. Pollmann is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Missouri, and is an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager). |

Lewis Waterman is IT Director for Gannon. He is responsible for maintaining nearly two-dozen networks, 150 computers and 14 servers. He maintains the email system and disaster recovery systems. Lewis has over 10 years experience working on networks and is certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in both Windows NT and Windows 2000, Cisco Certified Network Associate, A+ computer technician and holds various vendor specific certifications. |

Lisa Zagoren serves as Regional Property Manager and overseas the total operations for the various properties in her portfolio in Gannon's Missouri real estate. She has been in the property management/real estate industry since 1989. Lisa has received numerous awards and acknowledgements from SLAA and IREM throughout the years. she excels in training, marketing, lease up and management. She has earned her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation and teaches NALP classes for the St. Louis Apartment Association. Ms. Zagoren is a licensed Missouri real estate broker and is actively pursuing her CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designation.
