Disclosure of Information to Third Parties.  Gannon does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our applicants, tenants or former tenants to anyone, except with their consent, or as permitted or required by law.

Our Practices Regarding Information Confidentiality and Security.  Gannon restricts access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to evaluate your application for residency and/or lease renewal.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
